Estate

The Rizzi estate is made up of three large adjoining farms:

• la cascina Rizzi,
• la cascina Boito,
• la cascina Manzola

To these farms should be added in Neviglie:

• il Podere Stella
  

The vineyards of the Rizzi Estate extend over 35 hectares of which 15 is given over to Nebbiolo vines for Barbaresco wine.
The remaining part is sub-divided into Dolcetto, Barbera, Freisa, Moscato and since 1978 Chardonnay and Pinot Nero vines.

The vineyards of nebbiolo of Rizzi estate are placed in four great zones vine-growing of the Barbaresco, whose altitude vary between 220 and 370 m  s.l.m. :

• il cru Rizzi (inside it’s found the Vineyard BOITO)
• il cru Nervo (inside it’s found the Vineyard FONDETTA)
• il cru Pajorè
• il cru Manzola
